# The Parliamentary Fintech Summit in Westminster
21st March 2023
Yesterday, the kennek team attended the Parliamentary Fintech Summit in Westminster, hosted by Member of Parliament Dean Russell MP and organised by Steven George-Hilley.
The summit was filled with interesting discussions, highlighting the trends and opportunities that exist for fintech, shared by industry leaders. There was a lot of optimism in the room, as the UK continues to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in the fintech sector. The balance between innovation and regulation is not easy to find. I would like to express my gratitude for inviting me to take part in the discussion panel. I look forward to seeing the bright future of fintech in the UK. Once again a great collaboration with Centropy PR.
Viewing Big Ben and Westminster from the inside will remain a great memory!
